Yes, absolutely you may attend the inspection. It is beneficial for you to attend the inspection so you can learn about the home while the inspector is present. It can also provide you with a more comprehensive understanding of the home and inspection report when you receive it.

No worries! Typically, your realtor will attend on their client’s behalf. If you don’t have a realtor, rest assured your ACE inspector will provide you with a thorough inspection and detailed report.  We are also available by phone, text or email with any questions you may have regarding the inspection.

2-3 hours. The inspection time can vary based on the square footage, age and structure type (i.e. crawlspaces, attics and attached buildings).

Our reports are generally published and sent out by the end of the following business day, although some properties do require more information and detail which can make the turnaround time 2-3 business days. The NM Home Inspection board requires the report be sent out within 5 business days.

Re-inspections start at $60+tax (up to one hour). Check with your realtor first. Not all home inspections require re-inspections.
